For the convenience of you and your customers, we offer a payment collection function. When using this function, a ‘’Pay” button for use by customers would appear in the emails with invoices sent from the MonetShark system. It would direct your customer to their bank for payment confirmation. Thus, customers will no longer need to connect to their bank separately and make transfers themselves. This functionality will speed up the receipt of payments to your account. A personalized email message format with a logo and other elements is possible.

Inventory management

MonetShark can be used to manage the warehouse: transfer, write off, receive, buy, sell and inventory stocks.
There are three types of inventory available in the system: service, item and bill of materials.
The service allows you to buy and sell inventory units in the simplest way, without controlling the balance. Negative balance control can be enabled for other inventory types. All types support convertible units of measure. For example, item can be bought in tons, sold in kilograms or rolls. The bill of materials type allows you to convert one or several inventory items into another.

Fixed assets

You can set up and enter acquisition information for fixed asset records, and then manage fixed assets by depreciating them. You may calculate adjustments to the fixed assets, and also sell or dispose of them. Using this feature, you can offer account prepaid expenses and accrued income.

Banks

There are three types of bank accounts data import: direct bank feed, ISO 20022 XML file or manually defined text format.
Definable imports support rules. User defines how to interpret certain data during the import by adding or replacing them.

Holding company

It is possible to consolidate the accounting results of several companies in one report view. The same lists (e.g. customers, suppliers, goods or chart of accounts) can be used  in different companies. This saves data entry time and maintains a uniform accounting standard across groups of companies.

Financial and business reports

Financial and business reports are created by the MonetShark accounting system, starting from the financial statements (i.e. balance sheet, income statement), and ending with the profitability of the sale of individual goods by department. If a company needs a specific view, a customized report can be created.

Credit control

Using MONET, it is convenient to send individual collection notes. The system allows automatic calculation and registration of late interest accounts.

API

The MonetShark accounting system has its own API, that can help to transfer, receive data or call functions from other systems.
